Don’t forget your vegetables this Autumn. Even with the weather turning colder you can still enjoy roasted and steamed vegetables, soups, stews and salads. Veg out and feed your body with the vitamins & minerals, antioxidants and phytochemicals it needs to keep you healthy, energised and your immune system strong.

Broccoli, sweet potato, pumpkin, squash, peppers, beetroot, carrots, onions, kale & leafy greens….They also contain some carbs for energy and fibre.
Orange coloured vegetables: beta-carotene, vitamin A, vitamin C….
Green veggies: calcium, vitamin C, B vitamins, magnesium, iron, folate, vitamin K, potassium, lutein and zeaxanthin.
