Back in 2015 I posted a short piece on: Self discovery to reveal the lighter happier new you. Which explains about how many of us were going through a transition period, perhaps a pause even and not knowing what things to focus on.

As many of are aware that we live on this planet earth in a multi universal cosmos. If we are influenced by our environment here on earth. Surely we would be influenced by the cosmic energies too? 2017 gave as an uproar of universal energies and 2018 is about shifting us back on the path we are meant to be on. I naturally feel the changes and energies several days to weeks before and then after I’ve been through it (thankfully mildly) I observe it happening to everyone else much more intensely!  Sometimes we are forced to make a change to an area in our life which puts us out of our comfort zone but is necessary for our highest good. This includes: sudden changes to work environments, career, relationships, home moves and travel opportunities.

When you feel out of balance, take time out to recharge and relax. Especially on your own and around nature. Being with people can distract your mind and there is enough chitter chatter in your own head alone to deal with. I’m a big fan of talking therapies and recommend counselling as mental tension can also have a detrimental impact on health. If you have a lot on your mind speaking to a counsellor can help you to explore your thoughts, feelings and difficulties. A problem shared is a problem halved and speaking to someone qualified and non-judgemental who can see things from a different perspective is positive.

Also to look after your body and mind, make sure you are eating well and not food that is overly processed to keep your energy levels high and your body light.
