Founded in 2009, Synergy Nutrition® began while Sonal was completing her second degree in Nutritional Therapy at the University of Westminster, London. Since then, she has become a recognised expert in multiple areas of health and wellbeing, including gut health, sports nutrition, and plant-based diets.
